AT SCALE

It's not all sad songs where people die alone! Sometimes it's sad songs where people die together.

Humans aren't good at dealing with the feelings caused by mass death, but we sure are good at causing it. As with every episode of this show, we delve into how humans have used music to process, protest, and commemorate the people that have been lost. Each one a unique and beautiful expression of the infinite variety that is the human experience, even if they are just one of 16,000. For the people mourning them, they were everything.

This one was hard, guys. I had trouble thinking of a good wrap-up song for all the corporate and government caused social deaths. But I did it and even though we have hiccups, we're getting better. Just, very, very, slowly.
